The 38th Gerolsteiner City Run was a fixed part of the Bitburger Runner's Cup 0.0% for 30 years, but starting this year, the new running series 4-Regio-Cup will kick off with 12 scoring races from the regions of Eifel, Hunsrück, Mosel, and Saar. The start and finish will again be centrally located in Gerolstein at the Brunnenplatz. The disciplines include children's races, a youth race, as well as middle-distance and main races over 5 km and 10 km. All routes will be offered as inclusive races for both disabled and non-disabled runners.
Highlights
- To be included in the series ranking, 6 out of the 12 races must be successfully completed.
- The series winners' ceremony will take place in spring 2026 in Langsur.
- Runners and beginners with finish times over 30 minutes or 60 minutes are warmly welcomed.
